How to use NINACUP?

• Separate your lips with your other hand and insert the cup as in the picture.

How to remove?

• Clean your hands.
• Get into a comfortable position.
• Insert two fingers and pull from the handle, slowly removing it.
• Clean the cup with water and neutral ph soap (unscented)
• Ready to be used again.
