José Bustamante has a degree in Psychology from the University of Castellón de la Plana. He has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Sexology and Integrative Therapy. He is the director of the Center for Psychology, Sexology and Couples that bears his name and a professor in the Master's degrees in Sexual Health Promotion and Clinical Sexology at the UNED. He is also the Secretary General of the Spanish Association of Specialists in Sexology and a Founding Member of the Spanish Academy of Sexology and Sexual Medicine.
